They offer excellent, beautiful rooms with fully equipped kitchens and so many kids, as for instance. Every time in Florianopolis we stay in this hotel.

The service is very efficient, includes free parking. The room is brand-new and beautiful with comfortable bed. The breakfast is excellent, includes a great selection of meals.

The hotel itself was wonderful and overall clean. The staff was professional, the room was brand-new and beautiful for 2 big kids. There were a microwave and kitchenware upon arrival. We had excellent breakfast plus very efficient service.

This resort is located in the perfect spot, just steps away from a beautiful beach. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with fully equipped kitchens and ocean views. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the concierge and bellboy services are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs.

One downside was the slow response from the staff, especially when it came to fulfilling requests. For example, it took nearly an hour for them to bring a cot to the room when we checked in with a baby.

You have to pay r$20 for car parking, while the hotel is enough expensive already.The Hotel as not received the Booking Vouuher...!!

Hotel staff is generally uninterested, disorganized and just seem to bite the time. For a hotel in that price category, this is not acceptable.

Nice facilities, centrally located near the beach, rooms with kitchenette and living room, spacious. Friendly staff, good breakfast with hot and cold dishes, fruits, and cakes. Indoor pool and helpful staff.

The wifi is user unfriendly as you have to log in every time.

I recently stayed at Il Campanario Villaggio Resort for a week-long vacation. The staff at the front desk spoke English and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the pool area was very pleasant. I particularly enjoyed the pool DJ and the great bar food and service. The varied breakfast options and the nice bar/restaurant added to the overall positive experience. The room was exactly as described and had a great style that I loved.
